1. What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address and shipping address — the minimum needed to fulfil your order. When you join the newsletter, we collect your email address only.

2. How we use it

• To process and ship your order (shared with the relevant Maker for shipping only)
• To send order confirmations
• To send the newsletter, if you've joined it (you can unsubscribe anytime)

We never sell your data. We never share it with third parties beyond what's needed to run the shop.

3. Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by Creahouse. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the shop work (your basket, payment session) and, with your consent, basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can choose "Essential only" in the cookie banner.

5. Email

Newsletter emails are sent via Mailchimp. Your email is stored on Mailchimp's servers under their privacy terms. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us via the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
