1. About Creahouse

Creahouse is a curated online marketplace connecting independent makers with buyers. Products listed on Creahouse are created, owned and shipped by independent creators ("Makers"). Creahouse provides the platform, curation and marketing services.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. The displayed price includes the Maker's price and Creahouse's service fee. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Creahouse does not store payment card details.

3. Shipping

Items are shipped directly by the Maker. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination: Luxembourg €5; Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and France €8; rest of the EU €12. Orders over €100 ship free. Estimated shipping times are listed on each product page.

4. Returns & refunds

Because every piece is handmade and one of a kind, returns are accepted within 14 days only if the item arrives damaged. Please contact us with photos of the damage and we will arrange a refund or replacement where possible. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

5. One-of-a-kind items

Products on Creahouse are unique, handmade items. Small variations, irregularities and asymmetries are characteristics of handmade work, not defects.

6. Intellectual property

All product designs remain the property of their respective Makers. Website content, branding and photography may not be reproduced without permission.
